Today we welcome Necstgen. NecstGen is a new centre of excellence for cell and gene therapy development and manufacturing. Necstgen likes to address a word to the reader:
Cell and Gene Therapies have great potential to treat and cure some of the world’s most devastating diseases. Due to their complexities, this new generation of therapies faces challenges to reach patients including access to knowledge and facilities. NecstGen provides critical contract development, manufacturing and rental services to innovative organisations in the field of Cell and Gene therapy. Successful completion of such services helps to accelerate the delivery a new generation of therapies to patients.
NecstGen has an expert team ready to deliver your therapy to patients. Our purpose-built 4,000+ m2 facility, located on the Leiden Bio Science Park, encompasses development labs and GMP suites to accommodate the manufacturing of therapies. NecstGen’s dedicated Viral Vector suites offer segregated inoculum, upstream and downstream processing capability to maximize batch throughput. The multi-use Grade B and C cleanrooms are available for manufacturing of therapies including Cell Therapies, ex vivo Gene Therapies and Gene Therapies. NecstGen offers full contract manufacturing for Cell Therapy and Viral Vector, as well as cleanroom rental for any mammalian-based therapy type.
