Free IP Smart Scan for SME’s offered by The Netherlands Patent Office

Then the time is right to thoroughly evaluate your IP strategy! The Netherlands Patent Office offers a free tailor-made IP Smart Scan. In a two-hour interview, two IP advisors will discuss your current IP strategy with your team and how it aligns with your business strategy. Based on the conversation, you will receive a report with valuable recommendations for improving your IP approach.

Is your company eligible?  

The IP Smart Scan is available for companies that: 

• Are based in the Netherlands and have less than 250 employees;

• Develop technical products or services themselves and register or license at least one or more patents;

• Have at least one patent (application) or manage licenses;

• Have a multidisciplinary team (e.g., business and technical/research);

• Have ambitions to grow or export internationally. 

What to expect 

• Information about IP as an integral part of your business operations, specifically tailored to your situation;
