It is a persistent myth that software cannot be patented. Yet the patent system offers protection opportunities if the software meets specific conditions. During this workshop the Netherlands Patent Office will dive into the conditions of software patents and guest speakers from V.O. Patents & Trademarks will explain software and AI using practical examples, followed by a networking reception.
