Data driven life course immunisation: What are we waiting for?

Vaccines Europe, and pharma.be are delighted to invite you to a unique hybrid event uncovering what is needed to leverage the full potential of health data toward life course immunisation taking place at Vaccinopolis in Antwerp on Tuesday, 23 April during European Immunisation Week.

Against the backdrop of the Belgian Presidency of the Council and amidst a critical stage of negotiations on the European Health Data Space, vaccine experts, scientists and policy-makers will convene to delve into what is needed to leverage the full potential of data and electronic immunisation registries.

To set the stage, participants will hear an introduction from renowned vaccinologist and immunologist Professor Stanley Plotkin, who played a pivotal role in the discovery of a vaccine against rubella and remains a tireless vaccination advocate. The panel will also feature eminent experts from various fields:

  • Prof. Pierre van Damme, Professor of Vaccinology and Infectious Diseases, University of Antwerp;
