We lead by example: Driving Innovation through Diversity and Inclusion in the Dutch Life Sciences sector
A year ago, our group of like-minded organisations started its Diversity and Inclusion journey by rolling out an event to honour the legacy of Dutch-born life sciences pioneer and visionary Henri Termeer and the footprint of his definition of “Inclusion” in the Life Sciences.
Over the past twelve months, we have taken more steps towards building the dynamic and diverse life sciences community we believe in. The group identified its priorities within a Charter and carried out a preliminary Life Sciences Diversity and Inclusion survey.
Today, the same group of organisations invites you to celebrate with us these steps aimed at demonstrating we “walk the talk”.
Please join us to find out more about the principles we commit to in our Charter, and to share views with our high-level panel on what Diversity and Inclusion is, what measures should be taken to promote and implement it, how these would work, and what positive results can be expected.
